The driver was superb. Gave out clear and concise instructions to ensure everyone had a seat. An accident incident happened, but the driver handled it well and kept everyone safe. However, there was one person in a wheelchair, so understood while one row of seats that were unavailable. But there were 3 rows of seats that were folded up and unavailable.

It was a surprisingly pleasant trip. I was able to visit the ladies room at every stop and they're clean. The bus has an electric outlet so I was able to watch my favorite movie/series without worry of my cell phone battery(power) going dead. Good customer service from the driver and staff. Driver was rude. She was wearing a mask and spoke in very low tone of voice so I had a hardtime hearing her. She made me feel stupid for asking her to repeat herself more than once. I am of Indian descent but English is my first language. The driver was getting mad because she made the assumption I couldn't understand English very well but the case was I just couldn't hear her properly. It's really sad to experience discrimination from another person of color. The driver was female African American

The trip on the way up was perfect. But on the way home my bus was 1 hour and 40 minutes late and I had to wait outside in the cold at Union Station without anywhere to sit. Also, the bus driver was new and she had no navigation and kept getting lost, and it was a whole mess. I got home 3 hours later than I was supposed to and at a couple of points I was worried about us getting into an accident. I will NEVER ride Greyhound buses again after this.

The driver of this bus was very rude from the very beginning, he stopped the bus at least 3 times threatening to throw people off the bus, threatening to leave the bus and telling us we'd be stuck for at least 9 hours until another bus driver got there. It made the ride very uncomfortable we felt like hostages/ criminals and not paying customers who should've been respected. I will make an official complaint with greyhound

Our driver Mrs R Cooper was very rude and also she had hallucinations. At some moment she stopped the bus and yelled - who is listening music??? I want to drive without any music!!!Where were no music or any other noises at the moment. Probably because before we left New York she told us that we are not allowed to use our phones on speakers etc. She said she will call 911 and we didn’t want to deal with police. I had my trip on June 23, from New York to Philadelphia

Bus smelled strongly of toilet cleaning fluid for the first hour. How did that smell get in the body of the bus? I was sitting in the middle, and it was evident in the front from the moment I boarded.Other than that this was a quick trip, thanks to light traffic

The driver from Philadelphia looked at my ticket to Pittsburgh and I asked if he was going to Pittsburgh and he said yes. He was not going to Pittsburgh but to Scranton, PA. His bus sign was "Las Vegas". Why did he not tell me where he was going. I went all the way to Scranton, PA -- returned to Philly and had to wait for the 3:00 AM bus to Pittsburgh, PA. I was on the bus from 11:30 AM Wednesday until 8:30 AM Thursday. I was scheduled according to my ticket to arrive in Pittsburgh at 6:15 PM on Wednesday and not on Thursday at 8:30 AM. The driver from Allentown, PA was considerate and tried to get bus connections to Pittsburgh but there was no bus going from Allentown to either Philadelphia or Harrisburg. Please see to it that the drivers know of the destination of other buses so the passenger gets to her/his destination as quickly as possible. There was a change of drivers at Allentown. This took place on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. My ticket confirmation number was 7154640201 purchased on June o3, 2021 at 7:21PM -- sold at: 03624 0335 -- schedule 1339 I would recommend Greyhound because the second driver was thoughtful and concerned.

My bus was supposed to leave at 11:00 pm it is now 3:05 am and there is no bus. At this point I need a refund I will never ride with greyhound again. Better experience on the bus than I expected, and the driver was very communicative. The only thing I didn’t like was that we waited 20-40 minutes in several stops, though we still got to our destination early/on time. The Greyhound terminal in Port Authority bus station was also confusing to find and an unpleasant waiting experience due to being approached by so many people for money.

I don't like that you have to pay a 20$ fee to exchange a bus ticket for a later time. Its common to miss your bus. Finding the gate is complicated. So that means you'll charge me another 20$ bucks for missing my bus by a few minutes. Grey hound should show sympathy and stop trying to run loop holes and scams.

I had the most horrible experience almost got stuck in New york city if it was'nt for my quick thinking, Greyhound sold me tickets for a bus that was fully booked. First time taking Greyhound, my only complaint was that there was no heat on the bus. The driver stated that it was broken. Needless to say that the 3hrs trip was very cold and uncomfortable.

My trip was pleasant. The bus arrived early and left promptly at the scheduled time. The driver was friendly and safe as he drove. I would definitely use Greyhound for my travels again. The prices of tickets was great and so was the service.

How is it that EVERY other business is observing CDC guidelines of social distancing and even plexiglass barriers ( especially at grocery stores and local busses) but GREYHOUND, is exempt?!?!?? The bus was was packed!! No alternate row seating like in churches Or theaters. Where are the safety measures here? Who did Greyhound pay off so that no one is requiring them to do this? Or, is all this CIVID all BS and it’s only purpose is to target small businesses???
